Terms of Use

By using cvousa.com, apply.cvousa.com, and our application pages (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Not an offer of employment

The Services describe an opportunity to be engaged as an independent contractor (1099) sales representative. Nothing on the Services is an offer of employment, and submitting an application does not create an employment or contractor relationship. Any engagement is subject to a separate written independent contractor agreement. Contractors set their own schedules and are responsible for their own taxes and expenses.

2. No earnings guarantee

Compensation for contractors is commission-based and depends entirely on individual performance and market conditions. Any earnings figures referenced in our materials reflect the results of specific top-performing individuals and are not typical, promised, or guaranteed. Many participants earn less, and some earn nothing. You are responsible for evaluating the opportunity for yourself.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States to apply. By applying, you represent that the information you provide is accurate.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by submitting false information, interfering with their operation, scraping, or attempting to access systems or data without authorization.

5. Intellectual property

The Services and their content — including the CVO name, logo, text, graphics, and software — are owned by CVO Sales LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our written permission.

6. Communications

Communications you receive in connection with your application are governed by the consent you provide at submission and by our Privacy Policy. Reply STOP to opt out of texts; use the unsubscribe link to opt out of emails.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CVO Sales LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services.

9. Governing law & changes
